Please say a Prayer for “Parker”

You go Li'l Parker! Thank you Jesus! A Happy Mothers Day to mom and grand mom too!

 

May be nothing but little Parker isn’t eating and is crying when Daughter tries to feed her . Her left eye is looking down and that isn’t a good sign. Crazy how one minute all is well then back the other way. Hope it’s nothing but may be something. Please send some Prayers via The Lord Jesus Christ straight to God The Father! Thanks, very much in advance and God Bless you!

 

Praying for wisdom and strength, and healing for Parker.

Hey Lord, it's us again! We, who are unworthy to be in Your presence humbly ask that You take care of Li'l Parker once again. We know that You can do anything that You desire; all we can do is ask You to do something. Please hear our prayers on behalf of Li'l Parker and heal her of ALL of her afflictions like you did to the many when you preached on this Earth many, many years ago. Thank you. Amen!

 

It’s going to be a bumpy ride for a long time to come. Sadness is as much a part of life as joy just don’t let it overwhelm you. Hang in there all of you.

 

I’m finding that out and am grateful for the Prayers... She is better yesterday and today. Not sure what was going on but Prayer is the answer! Thanks and keep saying them. God Bless!

***Parker update

Parker is such a light in our lives... this girl brings us so much happiness. If only we could have had a small glimpse of this girl during my pregnancy... maybe we could have let go of some of the overwhelming fear we lived with everyday. Parker is truly a blessing. I shared some photos of our sweet girl... she turned 5 months on May 18th (I am super late, I know ).

Parker had appointments in KC today and I am happy to report that they all went well! Chance I and discussed today how strange it feels to get good news and actually get to leave the hospital after an appointment. Parker’s journey has been an emotional roller coaster for our family. We are so thankful for two visits to KC with no surgery or “bad” news.

An MRI scan from today showed expansion of P’s brain!!! Her shunt is working well and the fluid is decreasing. PRAISE GOD! Her shunt has been successful for 2 months now! Praying this continues!

Parker is gaining weight well. The doctors we met with today were pleased with how active and vocal she is. She is still working on building her neck strength. Being able to have head control is a big milestone P is working toward. Parker has been wearing an eye patch on her right eye to help strengthen her left eye.

We will be meeting soon to discuss the possibility of Parker being a helmet candidate. Her head is really misshapen from the changes it has went through due to the increase and decrease of fluid. The left side of Parker’s head is the side she prefers to lay on (due to several surgeries on the right side) which has caused a flat spot. We will also be taking Parker for a 48 hour stay at the hospital to monitor her for seizures. Children with hydrocephalus are more prone to seizures. We do not believe she has had any so far, but we want to be sure!

Parker is doing well overall! She is holding onto toys and bringing them to her mouth, she reaches for toys, she smiles and babbles, she is tracking better, and she is SO happy!

Pray for brain growth and expansion
Pray for no seizures
Pray that she can get the helmet and if she can’t have one that her little head will form naturally back to normal on its own

She’s a little sweetie and very much a miracle. She is a miracle that has required lots of Prayers and with these Prayers She has progressed further than any other baby with this condition... Please continue to Pray, it might be your Prayer specifically that puts her past this and got her this far. Thank You Jesus and thank you too Tacoma World Prayer warriors and unknown except to God Prayerful others!

 

I believe this will be so... I’m a firm believer that with true faith anything can be accomplished . I know our faith is tested at times and when my Daughters pregnancy took a bad turn my faith was very tested. I didn’t just rely on mine but others faith as well and that is what The Church is supposed to do. Not a building but a gathering of those who believe in Jesus Christ. We just need to remember when bad times arrive our first thought should be Prayers. Even still though it’s His will not our own. If Parker had died she would be in Heaven but would we? Very Grateful to God for Parker’s remarkable progress and for the loving Prayers of The Church and potential Church family. May GOD bless you all!

 

What Parker is doing as a miracle babe is bringing a lot of people back to Jesus and His healing powers! When people see the results that Parker is having and reading the prayers being offered for her they can see the wonderful powers of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!
