Little of this, little of that.
If anyone's looking into doing a Wheeler's u-bolt flip and adding superbumps it's apparently cheaper to buy them separately.

Full bump stop and u-bolt flip kit (SKU#: WOR-306957) $239

    Just the u-bolt flip kit (SKU#: WOR-306955) $79
    Just the superbump stops (SKU#: WOR-306950) $139
    Total: $218

Overall you'll save $21 by adding the flip kit and bump stops separately, I thought this might be helpful for anyone who's in the market.

I noticed this the other day as well and ordered the separate kits (although I ordered WOR-306954, not WOR-306950). Just be aware that you'll be missing some parts if you order WOR. Neither kit includes the hardware needed to bolt the bump stops to the flip kit. You'll need to buy some bolts/washers from the hardware store:
    (4) 3/8" -16 bolts in 3/4" length
    (8) flat washers for said bolts

(Yes, you need 8 washers, 2 for each bolt. The 3/4" bolts are too long so you need 2 washers on each one to prevent the bolts from bottoming out on the leaf springs when tightened down. You could also cut the bolts down by ~1/8"-1/6" and use a single washer instead. I was not able to find a shorter bolt at Ace that would do the trick without spacing with washers or cutting.)

I emailed Wheelers thinking they forgot the hardware but they said it wasn't included and that I should have bought WOR-306953 which does include the hardware but costs $10 more. Hardware cost me almost $10 so it's basically a wash.

Oh wow that explains the price difference! Thank you for that write up, I think this will go a long way when people are doing their research in the future.

But it’s actually a $21 savings when buying the kits separately right? So with $10 in hardware still puts at an advantage.

Yeah, I thought I was saving $21 but only ended up saving $10 but also had to make a trip to the hardware store. In the end it probably would have been smarter to just get one of the kits with the bolts. But, their website doesn't make it obvious. I even called them to confirm I could order the kits separately like you pointed out and the guy was a bit surprised but said it'd work. Apparently he wasn't aware about the hardware.

I see what you mean by $10 more, including the additional hardware you had to buy. Thank you! When I’m ready to buy this kit I might as well just buy the full kit and avoid the hassle.

Split the difference, save the $10 by ordering these two. No trip to the store needed and should have all the parts. Best of both worlds.

    Just the u-bolt flip kit (SKU#: WOR-306955) $79

    Just the superbump stops (SKU#: WOR-306953) $149

If it's an error they haven't caught it, I bought mine about 6 months ago and it was the same way, no extra hardware needed.

I just ordered the same way as mentioned here too. Thought it was weird that they were cheaper when ordered separately. Had superbumps on my previous 4Runner and they were great.
