Thanks for the tips, i had a feeling that might be the case.. i have a rear driveshaft out of my 6spd manual 4wd that i was hoping might work. From what ive been able to find online its 5/8” longer than one for a stock 4wd 5spd manual truck. What do you think? I am gonna measure once i have it all here but my fingers are crossed that it might work since my truck is lifted

I can’t remember how much I cut mine but your trans is shorter than mine like an inch or 2 so it’s different. I mount mount the tcase up and measure from flange on tcase to carrier mount hole. That way all the error is gone lol. I only paid $95 to have mine cut and mounted right up.

Went home for the weekend to visit my mom for Mother’s Day decided to bring the truck so I could route get my boat out of storage and clean it up for the season and of course when I’m an hour away at a gas station my starter decides to die had to have it towed home the rest of the way and took six hours to get a tow truck there but I made it!

Dang that sucks! My Toyota Matrix hit 200k last week. No joke the very next morning, at 200k, it wouldn't start. It was the original starter. Just glad it was in front of my house and not on a trip.

By the way... Tapping on the starter with a hammer or anything hefty got mine to work a few times so I was able to drive it. Try that if it ever happens again. I couldn't believe it works but it did. Multiple times.

I've got the front half of a MT drive shaft sitting in my shop. I can measure and if it will work ship it to whomever is looking for one.

No idea. We just needed the back half to fix a truck that found a big rock...

I'll grab a measurement next time I'm there, should be later this week.

Pretty happy with stance after added the extra leaf to the dakar in ack. About 750lb back there in the pic. Holds it well. Happy with stance.
