So I’m looking at getting this EMU lift kit. If anyone could please help me and tell me if this is a good or bad idea. Here are the details of the lift. I have a 2019 Tacoma TRD Off-Road. My goal is to get about a 3 inch lift.
    • Front Coil Configuration - 888 2.5″ lift

    • Front Shock Configuration - OME-90000

    • Leaf Pack Configuration - EL111R Standard Dakar Leaf Pack 2.5″ lift

    • Front Differential Drop Kit

    • SPC Upper Control Arms

    • YM Extended Brake Lines 24”

Nothing wrong with the parts you've assembled. They are all tried and true brands. Just know that you won't get 3" out of that lift without adding spacers, and those leaf springs are known for making a lot of noise. You'll be a lot better off lifting 2" and getting another 1" of ground clearance from bigger tires, if you're stuck on being 3" taller. And you will want some longer rear shocks if you need those extended brake lines.

You should edit your thread title to remove the word Help.

I have the exact same lift on my 21'. Love it, good ride and good handling but you will only get 2.25-2.5" from the lift. I also went from 245's to 265's and the combination got me the 3+" of lift.

@brandons.tacoma, I’d skip the diff drop, add an ECGS bushing, and maybe consider a Dobinsons lift kit instead. Mine has been good to me so far.
