No. Just a simple red strip. I don't have a need for the other colors. Mainly used for gentle lighting while camping. I used Amazon parts. They're linked on my build thread. Page 4, I think?

Okay, been kinda busy with other crap lately, so not a lot of stuff going in the ol’ hole. But did manage to get this knocked out. It is basically a deluxe version of the brak tap I make. This has taps for reverse, turns, parking, brake, as well as a hot wire to be ran back to the battery (will require fusing, I am not sure about length, so I left that to an in the field modification) that can be used for a dome/bed light. This one in particular will use an 8 position deutsch flange receptacle and plug, so the topper/rack can be removed. Not 100% plug and play, but as close as I can get without having the actual truck that it’s going on. This particular one is going to @CLVol1255 who will share some pictures when he puts it in

Did an adapter to add an amplifier to a non JBL 2021 taco head unit ever make it off the ground?

 

Had a little time to finally finish my project for @hirod He is going to be using VLED Triton V6 switchback for turn signals and an added DRL in his TRD headlights. So these three harnesses will supply a trigger to a relay to power the DRL (it will be powered with DRL and Parking lights), and also have an input for a strobe function as well as converting the Turn signal connector to the type used by the Triton bulbs.

The other part of this is getting strobes to the rear. So I made a modified Meso total tail harnesses with strobe inputs as well. They also have a brake and parking light tap. All of these strobe inputs have diodes on the turn signal input as well as the strobe input, so they won’t backfeed and cause any issues.

 

Talk about a professional very high quality kit and a man who takes great pride in making harnesses…. Mine came in today and wow this is legit! Highest quality wiring harness I’ve owned hands down! This is what you’d call American made quality and handcrafted. Loom is tightly taped everything is labeled Deutsch connectors are the best you can get and will last far past the life of the vehicle. Wire seems to be marine graded.. Highly recommend these harnesses if you want quality and peace of mind. Thank you again @Puppypunter youre the man!

 

Thank you for the review! Glad you like it. Just some info on these for people that might be interested in something like this. The wire is 18ga TXL for the taps (brake light, parking light, reverse, turn signals) and the wires intended for a battery tap are 14ga GXL. Both TXL and GXL are oil, solvent, and heat resistant. So great for automotive use. The difference in them is the thickness of the insulation. GXL is a little thicker insulation, so a little better abrasion resistance. This is what I try to use on long runs where the wire gets exposed to the elements more if space permits. Being 14ga, it can easily handle 4A at that length, so enough for a USB plug and a cargo light. Looking forward to some pics of the install
