Grinding noise when accelerating

Just purchased my 2002 2.4 regular cab 5 lug auto about a month ago. So far its been a good truck, i use it for my pool service compny, she takes me from a to b no problem. When I test drove it had the grinding noise, the previous owner said he heard the noise too but has been driving good so he didnt care for it, he owned the taco for 2 years... It drives fine, accelerates fine, turns fine, Its the noise that bothers me a bit. Ive heard it before on a nissan frontier that a friend had but he didnt care for it. Anyways, it goes on when I accelerate, and becomes louder if i accelerate more... heres the video and pics of my truck any help is appreciated. wheel bearing? jack front end up and pull the wheel in and out
