Lower valnce

After lifting my truck and putting wheel spacers on my tires are rubbing the lower valance air dampener. I know I can trim it up or take it off . But is there something after market that look better that would not rub. Sort of made for lifted trucks ?

Are you talking about the one on the Sport? Just get rid of it. Looks much better. I got rid of mine almost immediately.

I would definitely take it off, looks way better and you won’t rip it off when off-road.

 

When that thing comes off, looks like the front got lifted a bit. I noticed that on mine right away.

Funny, I went camping this weekend and had to drive through some water and on the beach. Couple dudes asked me if I’m lifted, ha!

I did, yes. Looks way better IMO.

I used PPF for the emblem.

Nice! What percentage is it.. and did you do it yourself or have the shop do it? I never tinted anything so not sure how easy it is to do.

 

Not sure on the percentage, 30% I would say? I got it done when I got 4 of my windows tinted.

I’ve never tinted anything myself, I would leave it to the professionals

 

Trying to take mine off. All of the videos i'm seeing show/say the bolts holding it on are 10mm. My 3/8 socket isn't fitting. Seems really easy for everyone online and taking my running boards off didnt have this problem. Did anyone else have this issue?

 

I think you are supposed to use a 10mm. They came off very easy for me. They aren't locked into anything really, it's just a threaded bolt going up
