Many drill bits gave their lives last night, as they moved the drill press in the shop here and I had no idea where it went. We struggled with making 4 holes in a vise.

Got 3, and almost the 4th done, and ran out of bits to throw at it.

 

Hit em with the bench grinder and they will be good for another 1/4hole

 

Yes, seems easy if you know how.

OH NICE! where are you going to put the 4 switch in? also that's a pretty awesome price for the switches AND the harness AND the relay box
only if i could have gotten something like that since I tried pulling one out of a F250 at a scrap yard but wasn't able to find one to get at.

I think we are going to put it right below the 12v sockets. I have my CB there now, but dont like it there.

We will make a fill plate, and the switches will be mounted to it, behind the cup holders.

Maybe it is compatible and a major improvement but Toyota doesn't want us to know..

 

Assuming you have oem CV. They have little notches in them right by the diff for a chisel and hammer to pop them out.

And just turn it a little as you do it. There's one portion of the clip that lines up perfect and it comes right out with ease. Otherwise you're fighting that clip.

 

Doesn't fit a Canadian one. Just use rust.

I bought one at Fastenal 8 years ago and haven't used it once. Haven't had a blind fastener come loose yet on any of my vehicles. For through-fasteners I just use a nyloc nut if vibration is a concern.

 

I got @Sloweburn old bumper on with a few mods. Painted, lights wired up.
