Need support

What causes the file or folder to be as one after I plug my flash drive in. It shows it as one after a while. Anyone know? I posted the video?

Please edit the title to something relevant without the word 'help' in it. Help is reserved for serious stuff like someone stranded.

 

Most likely because in video #2 you are driving and video #1 you are not. A lot of the features on my truck get blacked out after I hit a certain speed ~10mph I think.

 

I was thinking that. Why though when it only audio???

It when I load the USB shows each file then couple min later show as one and can't see each one individually to scroll through.
