I'm sorry, while we like to maintain a pretty quick turn around for industry standards. sometimes orders fall into the cracks. Unfortunately yours was one of those. I'm sorry about that. I'm not 100% sure what happened with your order but again I apologize for the lack of CS.

 

Any aluminum bumpers in stock with Baja hoop for 3rd gen Tacoma?

 

Not those are currently 8-12 weeks, that window will narrow once we get confirmation on the next batch from laser.

 

Hey SP, I am in somewhat the same situation.
Quick question thought... you got your bumper early Aug then requested a refund? or did you mean early Sept?
Just curious.

I actually emailed V at Demello twice this month to get an update because I am moving to Alaska and I paid for the bumper back on Halloween/31st.
Still no response and need to cancel my order because I also do not have a clue on what's going on.
But I agree with you, updates/ETA would be great.

 

Oh my gosh, thanks for that catch, that was definitely a typo.

I didn't get it until early October. I finally got the bill of lading on September 15th, and it took a few weeks to get here.

I'd keep emailing and calling them. They were pretty quick at least in responding to emails and calls but maybe that has changed to match the CS quality of sticking to their word and ETAs.

If they were more honest upfront and didn't mislead me so many times I would have been fine with the delay, and them telling me their supplier of cut parts screwed up on their end as well.

I felt like I was being lied to and mislead multiple times. And I do NOT like that at all.

I understood that the quality of your products is excellent, many people on this forum and others recommend your products, which is why I placed the order with you. I hope you guys can make your CS excellent as well. I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with your company, despite that the bumper is very high-quality. Even the delivery driver and the guy that painted the bumper commented on the quality welds, etc. I'd hate to see that level of craftsmanship go to waste just because of bad management and organization.

Do you guys have and DCLB sliders in stock right now? I'm local and can pick up instead of shipping.
