Icon RXT (Option 2 or 3) on 3rd Gen

WHO HAD ICON RXT’s??

My suspension just came in and not sure if I should go with Option 2 or Option 3.

My thoughts are option to with my current set up and options three later. My one concern is going to option two now and flattening out the pack before I get to option three later. Thoughts?

Current set up:
Bed Topper
Rear steel bumper (no tire swing outs)
31” spare tire under the bed
Sliders
recovery gear

Future set up:
Bed Topper
Rear steel bumper w/ tire swing outs
34” spare tire on the bumper
Sliders
Skid
Recover gear

*I have a light steel front bumper and dual battery but that weight is in the front

**ive removed my rear seats and put in a platform, which is about a net loss of 50lb

Depends on the shocks you have, but I ran option 2 with extended bumps, but changed to option 1 with disconnecting airbags.

based on the weight you are running, option 3 may serve you best over time

 

I’d do 3 with both your current set up and with your future set up in mind. Especially with a rear bumper added. I am ready to install mine on option 2 and I don’t have the bumper.

what is the estimated weight of the items on the back half of your rig?

 

Not trying to hijack but I'm looking for an option 1 spring that anyone has removed and isn't planning on using. Bought my truck used and did not get the option 1 spring that was removed and with no weight in the back my truck sits high in the rear. Absolutely willing to pay!!! Thanks.
