2020 Audio multimedia update won’t install

    Every time I start my truck I get a prompt to update the entune crap. I install it and it says it goes through every time, but it shows the same version needs install every time I start my truck. Going to attach a pic. Called the dealership and they said to do a hard reset and disconnect the battery for 30 mins. Tried that, no go, same shit. Anyone got any other ideas before I take it in to the dealer?

    Figured it out, remove Bluetooth devices and delete all personal data. Updated fine after that.
