The 1F connector from post #41 diagram shows that it is located in the main engine room / Fuse-Relay box I assume. For me that Diagram does not match up for the 2019-2020 Tacoma SR5. Taking apart the dash to get to the C10 connector harness which is not included in the SR5 seems pointless.

The combo meter is behind the instrument cluster on all 3rd gens with and without the digital display. C10 plugs directly into it and takes at most about 7 minutes to access. Disconnecting your battery accounts for 5 of those minutes.

You tapped something that is a combined DRL and Turn. Try the combination meter connector (C10) or a rear turn signal (under fuse box).

Nope Baha Cali - Yes I probably tapped into the wrong wire. Actually getting confused to tell you the truth. I think I have had enough fun for one day. I will attempt C10 again tomorrow. I'm not giving up if there is a solution to find. Do you know where the other end of the combination meter C10 cable assembly goes to? IE fuse box in cab or mail fuse box under the hood? If so I will start their in the morning. Thanks

OK - Success! I have Successfully Located the 1F connector and tested the turn signal. It appears that I connected to the power input side as apposed to the out put side. I will in the near future post a short tutorial on how to go about this. Thank you for those that took the time to help. Much Appreciated!

OK - As promised Here is a brief install instruction.
01-Review 1F wire harness Location under driver's side access panel. See Figure 01. Run your power wires to these two wires Here!
02-Remove 3 10mm bolts that secure lower access panel. See Figure 02.
03-Pull straight back to remove access panels held on by clips. See Figures 3,4 and 5.
04-Connect power wires to Yellow Wire Left Turn and Light Blue Wire Right Turn using Quick Splice Wire Terminals T-Tap or Vampire Wire Taps. See Figure 01 and 06.
Button her up and your done. Easy Install!
Special thanks to all who walked me though finding the 1F cable harness. Much Appreciation!

@SCDTaco thanks for the installation write up and pictures. I've ordered everything except the extra wiring. What gauge wire did you use? Also what gauge wire would you say the light blue and yellow wires are that you tap in to?

I finally tackled this project and it was a huge success!! It took about an hour or so for the complete install. I've included a couple of pictures. Unfortunately I was unable to upload a small video clip here. Thanks to @SCDTaco and everyone else who contributed for this mod.
