Went through and found some of the deepest scratches and took closeup pictures.
Also the condition of the hardware. Now that I'm looking at it, theres probably some hardware in bags they shouldn't be.

Update: While I was searching for new skidplates for my 4Runner, something didnt look right for the new parts. So I double checked my Tacoma parts for sale. Dammmmmit! (See below, and edited original post)

Transfer Case skidplate is missing the crossbar. The shop left it on my old truck... Awesome.... Deducted the price of the entire transfer case skidplate, $700 new price. (And you get a nifty transfer case skidplate minus crossbar for free, for exhaust rerouted Taco's)
