SR switch to Limited wheel clarification

I'm not up to speed on new features and options on new vehicles and my first with the TPMS system so reading through many forums I think I have all info but if anyone has made exact or similar change let me know if I am accurate or missing anything it would be greatly appreciated.

My vehicle 2021 SR and taking wheels from 2019 limited. Both with nearly brand new stock tires. 42601-AD140 steel for 42611-04180 alloy with center caps - NO sensors

Fitment - should be no interference or rub
Speedo- Slightly off but very minor
TPMS - Will need to purchase (4) 42601-06030 sensors
Different lug nuts so will need to purchase those as well

I am not keeping old wheels and tires so will only be a one set vehicle.

Am I missing anything and will these new sensors auto program to current SR receiver when I reset or will I have to purchase a scan tool?
