    I don’t know where you live, but here I paid $80,000 for a house now worth north of 1 million. Of course, location is a big part of it.

    That is a good investment.


    Had you sold that house for 70,000 that 80,000 purchase. Would have still been a better purchase than throwing 80,000 in the dumpster.

    I locked myself out once. Luckily I'm short! I was able to push inward and slide the rear sliding window over. Crawled in through that! If you know a tiny person or a child, best free way to get in a locked Tacoma.
