Anything that you literally stick on is going to be an absolute shit product that will no doubt not stand up to the test of time. IMO

This took two minutes vs twenty minutes to pull the clamp.

 

Why would you need to pull the clamp?

Unscrew the nut on the side you cut off, push it out feed it back in the other way?

Got my eye lids flares door handles fuel door and tailgate done too.

 

That bolt is under pressure, isn't it? Either way, it's done now and doesn't sacrifice the structural integrity of the clamp/bolt.

I am planning on wrapping my hood soon. I can not stand the glare from the little lip near the windshield anymore.

 

Thanks! I got lucky with this one, Wasnt looking for a mid-rise but pretty happy about it now. Still paid up for it but its really clean and would be a shame for me to get some cheapo paint job on it. Probably going to wrap it black.

 

What size roll did you use? I want to wrap my Hood, Roof, and Camper gloss black!

 

I have the dreaded blinking red 4x4 light that won't turn off no matter what I do. Bad actuator from what I read. Get out the checkbook unless it magically fixes itself somehow.

 

If that pack is a Dakar or like it then the bolt threads into the clamp so you can't feed it the other way.

 

Spent a 4 day weekend with some family/friends on the outskirts of Joshua Tree on BLM land. Spent the day before departure installing 12V outlets in the rear of the cab for a 54Q fridge the wife surprised me with back on Valentines. Then installed a Victron Solar controller to put the 100W foldable panels I bought as a birthday gift to good use. Everything operated exceptionally.

Installed new bedside wheel well brackets for the topside. The tapped holes are for the liners. I still need to make some brackets for the front of the wells.
