I returned the battery that had to be added for the promotional discount to be applied for $47.67. Making my grand total $118 and change for the M12 surge a bag, two batteries and a charger. Mileage may vary.

 

I've done this as well. Picked up a stubby 3/8" impact, got a free battery, that I then returned a few days later, for (I believe...) that amount. So I used it as a discount on the cost of the impact. Worked out well for me.

 

I don't mind an extra battery, I just don't need FOUR chargers!

 

I give the m12 chargers away and use the port on the m18 chargers I have.

New Toy

 

I donated literally, a bag of chargers to my club's fall fund-raising garage sale. I have one in every tool bag, and a couple of spares in my shed... I'm pretty sure they breed in the dark.

 

Anyone need a couple 6.0 m18 high output batteries? Thinking about buying this and selling the batteries to offset some of the cost.

I have. They're cool but I actually prefer the milwaukee one as I can get it into some pretty tight places since it's not "long"

 

can not praise that drill enough, has almost replaced my m18 drills.

careful, the surge style impacts take some getting used to, feels like you’re stripping everything at firsts, and you can over tighten easily until you get used to the feeling

 

I might snag the other one if it's not spoken for.
