I live in Canada and I have a broken leaf spring. Does anyone know if Toyota Canada will replace the springs under warranty and if not where can I order replacement springs and what is the going price? Thanks in advance for any assistance.

I would start by contactng a couple Toyota dealerships in Canada and see what they say.

They may since there was a TSB on them. Some trucks even had a recall.
Do as @Rick's 2012 said. Call the dealership and inquire about it.

I’ll go ahead and say. The new springs aren’t much better as far the ride. And will probably sag with in 2 years. I guess my point is, if you can afford better I’d just buy better springs.
