I saw those. Seems like an incredible amount of work to make/install. And I'm not worried about the Prius. I can barely fit my arm underneath that thing, let alone crawl under it and hack/sawzall away.

 

People are stealing cats?

 

The goal is to get the crack head to move on to the next vehicle in the parking lot without one, not to pretend there is a practical solution to stopping a determined thief.

 

Prius are targeted because their cats have more rare metals in them making them more expensive.

Toyota was pressured into a public anti theft campaign in the UK including serializing and marking catalytic converters due to them being stolen so often.

 

Remove the cat and straight pipe the bitch. Several problems solved.

Pulling the motor out of this Vulcan 800 that I picked up from my buddy after it "just stopped running one day". It dropped a valve.

I have another motor sitting here on the floor.


Some idiot stripped the last motor mount bolt though

 

I would recommend shooting the MFer and then stealing his cat.
