Weird noise when turning and stopping

    2015 Black Tacoma TRD Sport
    So about a month ago I started hearing this weird almost rubbing noise when turning and stopping. I thought it was a wheel bearing going and it's progressively gotten worse. Took the truck to Toyota and they checked and everything is normal in good working order. Yet it still makes this sound

    Any idea what this could be ?

    I've had the lift and tires for 3 years now and it never used to make this sound till now
