Hi, I just purchased my first taco a week ago and I love it. I need to put a tonneau cover on it so I can keep a couple things in the back. Is there a consensus one that seems to work best? Mine is a daily driver, and Basically what I need is a cover that is secure and does not leak too much water. I am open to any and all suggestions. Thanks!

You can get it in several finishes and install rack mounts too. This is the one I have my eye one but I’m not sold on covering my bed yet.

Love my diamondback HD. Probably one of the most secure and water tight covers on the market.

I have the Lomax and love it, there are several styles. I strongly suggest doing a search and reading the threads for ones you might be interested in. A few have had leaks in most brands, some more than others (including diamondback). I have had no leaks on mine except the corners of the bed which have a small gap, those were very minor and not a leak of the cover.

I’ve had an Access LiteRider on my 2nd gen LB for about 6 months and really like it. Well made, easy to roll up, and fairly secure with the pop-n-lock tailgate handle.

Peragon. Very happy with mine. I like the ease of opening. It’s small footprint when open and the ease of removal when the entire bed is needed.

A plus is they can color match your truck. Sadly mine isn’t. They weren’t color matching when I got mine due to covid.
