Have you guys noticed that practically any product has a 4 to 5 star out of 5 star rating?

Assuming the ratings are correct, any product you choose as long as it fits your specific needs, will work out for you. As a potential buyer, it actually makes it harder to pick one. It's a good problem though. :D

I'm looking for the best bang-for-the-buck roll-up cover.

I bought an Extang Trifecta 2.0 for my 2015 Tacoma, used it on my 2018 and just put it on my new 2021. Best Tonneau cover ever! Easy to install and remove, watertight, folds up easy, and it still looks like it is brand new after 6 years of use. I'd highly recommend it 5 out of 5 stars. And it only costs about $350

Can anyone suggest a good bang-for-buck soft roll up cover where I can still fully utilize my OEM cargo bed divider?

Do it need to be roll up? There are some pretty cheap soft trifold options that probably will work.

Can you tell me the best of the cheaper tri-fold options out there? Not looking to spend a thousand bucks.

I have one I got from Amazon for around $200 that’s worked well for a year. Its a gator trifold. It’s seal isn’t perfect bc the design of the bed but with some easy work adding some weather stripping in odd places toyota didn’t design well, it can keep things dry unless you’re washing the truck. I’ll report back the link tomorrow if I can find it.

I also have a bed rack even. Pic included (ignore the gas can)

I went with Tyger one off Amazon for around $220, just put it on a couple of days ago and it is working well so far. I haven't added any weather stripping yet. Waiting for some rain to see where I need it. The quality of seems good. Made a trip of a couple hundred miles with it and zero issues.

Perfect! I think the Tyger and Gator ones are basically the same. It’ll work well for you!

I have been very happy with Truxedo Truxport. It is more on the budget/value end of the options but has been durable and functional for me. Looks good as new after 3 years.
