Sounds alittle like Seasonal Effective Disorder.

Just a thought...On my desk, for years, I had a little post-it with a quote from Abe Lincoln. It said something to the effect of : "In my experience it seems that most people are as happy as they want to be". Or something like that. Mind really does work over matter.

Everyone has "down days", some more than others. So don't feel like you're weird or something like that, just because of a "down day". Just have it and go on. Like it was previously stated, take your new buddy for a walk or a hike somewhere.

I speak for me of course, but God helps me out alot!

In closing, I hope your good days far out-number the bad!

I would say im happy with myself. I'm in better shape than probably 90% of the population. Not necessarily huge but no shame. If i quit workin out or runnin for like a week i start to feel like crap though. I heard somewhere that physical exercise releases endorphins to make you happier and I dont doubt it
