    Just saw the update on the rack!


    That’s sad and also infuriating. How did they damage such a stout product?! sorry man.

    Not sure what’s been up with the shipping companies lately, but FedEx really screwed me over lately too. Bought a Softopper from a guy in Indiana, had it shipped to the parents’ in Ohio and it took 5 weeks (one month later than estimated)! Also, the box looked like it fell from a 10 story building.
