Hi y'all! I've been having difficulties finding a DOM bolt on rock slider for a 3rd gen tacoma that comes powder coated from factory. Any suggestions?

most vendors offer powder as an option. And very few are made in a factory, most are made in small operations by people with accounts here in TW.
Where are you located? a big part of the cost is the shipping, so if you have a vendor nearby you can save some $$$

I'm located in Nor Cal Shasta County. I'm willing to take a hit on shipping however for good product.

Hit up Trail Tailor in Redding. He specializes in Land Cruisers but might be able to hook you up with something local.

Got my Sliders from Cali Fab in Carmichael, CA. They don't come powder coated tho. My brother and I just got a couple cans of spray paint from Lowes and it's lasted over a year through abuse and wear.

When I was shopping, I came across white knuckle offroad. They are based in socal and had the option of powercoat as I wasn't interested in lugging them around to get them coated. Anyway, they arrived via FedEx unharmed with no scratches.

Unless you live way out in the wilderness there may likely be a powder coating business nearby. If you're just going for black or a dark grey, many places will throw your stuff in when they do a batch of that color/texture for a reasonable charge. I had a bumper and some misc. brackets done by a local place for $225 including media blasting and phosphate coating.

Having the powder coat done locally will give you the option for color/texture of your choice and prevent scratches/damage from shipping being a headache for you and the manufacturer. All that said, many with rock sliders prefer just some basic oil based paint/enamel because scratches and such from rocks are easy to repair with a quick spray can touch up. With powder coat, scratches/cracks can let moisture in under the shell and be difficult to reseal if it's lifted/chipping away.

Powdercoating looks nice and holds up well, except for rocks and scrapes. Car doors hitting them will also take off the powdercoat.

And then it is tough to colormatch.

I just used self etching primer on mine followed by a couple coats of Tremclad Semi-Gloss black.
Then in the fall and spring I use a small brush and touch up all the scrapes and hits with some more Tremclad.
