    Wouldn't matter; there's no neutral, so your meter is going to show either 110 or 0, depending on how badly fuckered the wiring is.

    A thing or two...
    My day was spent driving back from my parents' place. 6-ish hr, and I detoured south through Mississippi to avoid the clusterfuck that is getting across the Mississippi River at Memphis because the I-40 Bridge is closed. I sat in traffic for an hour to get across on Friday evening when I drove over.

    Did my grocery shopping when I got to town before heading home. Just been relaxing and catching up on my YouTube subscriptions, since I don't watch while I'm on travel.

    If it's an actual 220 circuit, fair point; I assumed that was a 2x110, using the ground as a neutral in which case measuring hot to hot should give you 0 and hot to ground/neutral, 110. Regardless, running 30 amps on 14 AWG could be a great way to test-drive your building insurance! :rofl:

    Are you outside the US? All US residential 220 is 2x legs of 110. A lot of 220 appliances have no neutral, just 2 hots and ground.

    Short week, short week!

    My kids' last day of school for the year is Thursday. On Friday I need to have my youngest at the Fargodome by 7:00am for the band to rehearse to play on Sunday afternoon. o_O

    I think Friday might just be a half day at work and I'll get some more done on the patio. :D

    Edit: Correction. Friday is supposed to be 99 degrees. Saturday is 101. :eek:
