I am new to this site and thought I posted this the other day, but I guess it didn't work. I flipped my 2001 Tacoma (V6, manual 5 speed with differential lock, 280,000 miles) and have about decided that it is not worth fixing (Needs windshield, door, front quarter panel, hood, bumper, possibly cab). It still runs and drives. It has been an amazingly tough truck! I also have a 2006 Tacoma (V6, manual 6 speed, no differential lock) that is not near as tough! My question is this: Can I swap the differential from the 2001 to the 2006? I want the differential lock. How much of a problem will it be to wire the engage button?
    Thanks.
    Rick
