Maddux CX2.0 700c wheelset. Comes w/ 160mm rotors and the Schwalbe X-One tires (700x33), but there isn't much tread left on them. Good for a little while though. Currently set up with tubes, but you can convert them to tubeless. Also, these came off a Cannondale Super-X so the rear wheel is currently AI offset. It's an easy re-dish to go non cannondale. More pics if anyone wants, but they're in good shape. Spin well and straight. Prefer TW Express / Pickup. I'll ship too if needed. $180.

    SOLD

Time ATAC XC8 Pedal, Black. They were installed on a bike for a few months, then taken off. Never ridden. Retail was $130. I'll do $100 including shipping to CONUS.

I just relocated to Knoxville, TN. and am looking for an entry level Mountain Bike. $1k max...anybody got some good suggestions.
I'm a young Old Guy but don't plan on doing Black Diamond stuff. mostly dirt trails, gravel and some easy-medium trails.

    Thanks in advance..

I'd say look at the used market, you'll get a lot more bang for your buck. Probably a hardtail, and look for these things, the more the better:
    1. 27.5" or 29" wheels
    2. Dropper seat post
    3. 1x drivetrain (one cog in the front, not the older style with 2 or 3)
    4. Air fork
    5. Decent pedals (or buy your own MTB-specific pedals for $30-$50)

There are only about one or two bikes on the market that are decent around the $1k price point:
    Trek Roscoe 6 ($1.1k): https://www.trekbikes.com/us/en_US/...scoe/roscoe-6/p/33192/?colorCode=grey_reddark

    not enough.
at that price point, you're gonna be giving a little somewhere. dropper seat posts are common to drop out of the equation...as in you won't find them on a lot of bikes at that price point. But everything @zdski said checks out. for pedals, most of the nicer bikes don't come with pedals to factor in about 50-100 bucks for really good pedals and you'll be set. Often times, pedals are a buy once and don't really cry but don't worry about again as nicer bikes will come without them and you always take your pedals with you.

come check us out at all things bikeas and tacos. lots more activity over there:

@pm321 send me a message with your number and lets set up some time to get it to ya. I think its missing 1 part, like the barrel/ ferrel thing that goes in the bottom, but not a hard fix i dont believe. Just never got around to using it.

Where are you involved in NICA? We’ve been involved in NICA NY for almost two years, daughters love it! Heading to NICA NY camp at Kingdom Trails in VT for the next week, excited for a solid week of riding!
