    Interesting. Never seen this upper before. Like the 50-rd capacity.

    Keep in mind the 5.7 is basically a depowered (short case) .223, so it's a submachinegun cartridge. It won't be as damaging as the .223, not fast enough to create hydrodynamic shock.
