    I was just curious, how do you secure your bad mat?

    Every time I take it through the car wash the blowers bounce it all over the place. Does anyone zip tie it down or anything to keep it in place?

    I avoid the blower's. Well, if and when I use the carwash. I don't like the idea of all that high pressure air blowing on the third brake light and antenna on the roof.

    I usually take my buddy Andre along. My bed-mat is held in place, he gets a full-service automated shower, and we go in halvesies for the cost of the carwash.

    I haven't taken my Taco through any automated car washes, so I can't speak form personal experience. I have the OEM Toyota bed mat, and that thing is quite heavy, and stiff. Unless a car wash is generating Cat 3+ tornado force winds, I would be extremely surprised to see it lift up the bed may I have.
