My wife still has a pager.

 

The unit I use connects a computer VGA cable from the 6x relay under the hood to the soft touch controller mounted near my left knee on the lower part of the dash. Therefore, only 1 cable to run from controller to switch panel.

 

You'll need a way to drop it lower if you have a top. They sell one but its crazy expensive for a metal plate. I made mine with some iron strap from Home Depot.

 

I understand like 10% of that haha. I just need to search function “wiring too many lights 101” when I get a sec

You dont know how bad i want a rotary phone. In my new house we have the phone plate in the kitchen that i want to cover up and dont want to use a blank plate. theres a company that still make them and they pretty much refurbish them top to bottom. ONLY thing is that i dont have a phone plan with my internet provider so it wouldnt work. Sucks

This is a computer VGA(video) cable. You only have to route this single cable through the firewall.

 

Mine came in yesterday, originally quoted 10-12 but nationwide shortages on fiberglass and the black resin for overland caps pushed it back to 16 weeks. Got it installed yesterday.

I think the last time we had a rotary phone in the house was when we still lived in Georgia. We moved when I was 7.

She works at the hospital.

She can prescribe drugs, though.

 

We still use pretty old tech in Range.....

 

So honestly speaking I went overkill to start so I bought a Switch Pro 9100 and a PowerTrays setup right after I bought my 3rd Gen. This was mostly because I knew I was going to do a lot of wiring as this is my 2nd Tacoma and I love having lots of lighting. The tray gives the ability to add on without adding a rats nest of wiring like I did with the first Tacoma which I eventually ripped all the wiring out when I added a PowerTray to that one too. I have also since added an Off Grid Engineering dual battery setup and isolated all the accessories to the second battery.

I have the same story as you- brought mine in 2/27/21 for the fuel pump recall and expressed concerns with the bubble. Advisor said that he’d look into it. I just have t heard anything back.
