So I just put in the new ECGS bushing, obviously had some diff fluid come out after removing the CV, do I replace this fluid and if so, how do I do it?

Looks like it. It'll be a 10mm hex socket. If its your first time cracking it open you may have a hard time have some pb plaster and a breaker bar ready. It torques to 29lb‐ft when you're done if you're a torque rating kind of guy.
