I was told that by the dealership. Her car is a Hyundai, but I can’t imagine the systems being that different. I’ve also read in here many times that the recal is not needed unless unplugged.

 

So what do I have to say to qualify for a quiet weekend?

Halfway through my first major mod (at 543 miles), installing an 8 channel JL VXi amp and all new CDT speakers plus a JL 10" sub. Running it all active. Amp is done, new speaker wire run everywhere. Tomorrow I'll get all the speakers in and tune it. Have to do the sub/enclosure later, running out of time to work on it for a while. Ordered a bunch of sound deadening from Resonix, but it's getting delayed over and over. Annoyed to have to circle back around to that as well.

 

Or, "do these pants make my butt look big?"....... don't reply with, "don't blame the pants"

 

Camping at Owyhee reservoir in eastern Oregon last week, very warm but a beautiful place to be. Fishing and rock hounding and found a rattlesnake and it was not a pleasant experience, at least it warned me before I got any closer. I screamed and walked away before I even saw it. My buddy took the picture and I didn't want to get off the boat for a whole day

Bought some jewelry for my lady. Dropping it off with my good friend for some mirror like polishing. The guy is amazing, did my engine covers and nearly everything else in the engine for my car and his skills and attention to detail are top notch

 

Is he going to polish your balls too?

 

I have a return label to send this one back and he's sending out a short box mat.

Pretty sure they're losing money on this deal just like Traeger did.

Ended up switching the seat Jackers 10.9 grade bolt with an ARP bolt.
Just a personal preference since it's a stronger metal comparable to a grade 12 bolt + it has a smaller head diameter while still applying a strong clamp force.
