what are the 2 plugs on ea. side of radiator for?

    I am discovering new things with my new tacoma. I am trying to install fog lights on a basic model and wonder if these terminals were intended for fog lights? these plugs seem to go nowhere and are located on ea. side of the radiator. any ideas?

    yellow connectors/plugs deal with air bags/safety restraint systems. This is an auto industry standard that has been in use for years.
