Not if you order it with the rack.

Not much on tacomaworld, but figured I’d give my opinion. This rack is really nice, completely happy with my purchase. They advertised no wind noise up to 70mph and it’s pretty damn spot on. Some day the windy and you can tell, but on nice calm days and driving with no accessories up top it’s like it’s not there. Only thing I didn’t like about it, is the customer service side of their set up. So I ordered the onyx edition, photos show coming with black emblems and 6 bars. The selling point for me was the black emblems, I ordered on feb 28 package took a while finally arrived April 9. Instantly you can see from the photos that I didn’t get what was advertised. I got the one with silver emblems and only 5 bars. I’ve reached out via email 3 times, and you can tell the person on the other end either didn’t care or just didn’t care or didn’t believe that they sent me the rack I didn’t order. I tried reaching again on Instagram. This time with photos of the rack, hoping they realized that they did indeed send the wrong rack. Well here we are may 19 still nothing. Kinda seems like a run around, at this point having the silver emblems isn’t killing me, but I would like my bar I paid for or the refund of the price of that bar. Obviously reaching email/Instagram isn’t working. You don’t have number listed or I would call. But overall, if you put aside their lack of communication their product is sweet. The way it mounts makes me feel 1000x more confident with what ever get loaded up there. PS my order number is 1235 I’m moving here in 2 weeks. So I’d like that bar or a refund please.
