I don't know man, I wouldn't be able to get rid of the 80. For me this truck is a daily driver and the 80 is my crawler. I love the Tacoma but it's just way too fragile for real wheeling. Would need an insane amount of work to be comparable and by then it won't be very street friendly. Two very different rigs with very different purposes in my situation. But I do think you'll like the Tacoma!

I could post a pic of my AG Pro but it would be identical save for my steps and tonneau.

    Love it!

I only had to pay full MSRP, got wind the dealer had one coming in on Weds and put my money down.

Had it three days and lots of people are asking about it.

Miss my FJ but the Pro is a sweet truck.

How do you take back a truck? Its not like returning a shirt to Walmart.

In the grand scheme of things one must be happy. Probably only cost about $1000.

Too bad you're in the bay area. If you were back East, we could take pics of our tacos together and put them on IG. We could throw buckets of mud on them and tilt our cameras to make it look like transversing level ground requires lockers and the will of the gods. Oh well, I guess I'll just go rub my truck with fine chamois ... alone and unafraid.

Another seeming victim of Apple's infallible auto-correct...(?) Unless you're a home-health-care nurse for some elderly person that just bought one
Never-the-less, I would consider $500 over invoice a fair deal. But I would like to give that $5K mark-up dealer a kick in the jewels. I came across one of those imbeciles in Carson City when getting my 2018 Cement Gray TRD Off Road. The next week, I drove by their place with my $1K below invoice purchase from Oakland (delivered to me in Tahoe) to rub it in. Crazy how many of these dealers haven't figured out this thing called the Internet.

I've been trying to avoid any reasons to get rid of my Legacy, in the near future, since I'm under water with it. But then these things come out... It might look pretty good next to my Cement Gray access cab.
To the point though, is the AG color a bit of a pearl effect finish, like the Cement... or is it more flat with a shiny clear-coat? Since I've been in Europe for a spell, I can't just pop into a dealership to give it a gander.

Haven’t had a chance to do a proper photoshoot, but couldn’t help but share... went with the 17inch TRD wheels- VERY happy with them. With Toyo AT3s I got a few inches lift. Nice road feel and handling much more grippy on turns. Very quiet tires

Definitely an OFF-ROAD! My bad, I got excited and saw the Army Green and overlooked the “PRO” in the thread title. I’ll crawl back into my non-PRO hole now
