Had a Stipulated ceiling once. They told me it contained Asbestos. Stay clear of Stipulations be fair warnin’.

 

Thought it might have been a Pentair. My pumps a pentair, and it's the same color and looks similar.

Tote is doing great. We bought all squash, someone misplaced a zucchini seed though. We’re not complaining.

 

The house was a deal that feel through before us and was a basic spec home and we didn't like some the finishes that were picked and we wanted to change some of them add lighting, move doors, add electric outlets, build in a A/V system etc and since the house was only in framing our requests


should be fairly easy and they agreed to the changes....

 

Thanks! I wanted to come back to Fl but I think this is about as far south as I can get my better half.....

 

I love the massive walk-in closet and pantry but the front door straight into the dining room looks a bit strange to me.
