i think they do, at least I was fooled into thinking they where the same....
here are some pictures of them on the car, the eagle eye aftermarket on the drivers side and the oem toyota on the passenger side

 

only reason i removed them was because I wanted the all red tail lamps, i always thought the clear led was ugly
