Hey all! So I have a 97 4runner 2.7l 4x4. My oil filter housing has been leaking since I've owned it and now it's dripping pretty bad. I've changed the bracket gasket 3 times thinking I did something wrong . But the oil is coming from above the filter. Not the filter gasket and Not the part that connects to the block. I just found out that mine has an oil cooler connected to the filter housing. I thought they were all like that but I was going to order a new housing and they're different than what mine look like. Is it possible to replace the gaskets in the oil cooler? Otherwise I don't know how to delete the coolant hoses that run into it so I can't just buy a regular one. Does anyone have experience or advice they could give me on this topic. Thanks all!
