Help me

    I just got my 98 taco and i love it.
    So i paid $600 and set a few windows. The truck has been sitting for a year and a half and they had not completed the engine swap. Exhaust, temp sensor, and linkage is what was suppossed to be left to complete. Now that i have it home i am trying to get the truck to start up and have yet to do so. Ive got it down to what i think is the computer needing to be replaced. I have no spark, no fuel, and no check engine light. The starter engages and i have the gear selector light and seat belt light. Is there anyway to test my ecm?
