    Morning all, coffee in hand at work today. Walked into a shatstorm this morning, Nissan, Ford & Subaru starting rolling shut downs on production lines. Emergency meeting called for dept heads. Lay offs, weekly shut downs and 12-8 hour schedule changes start end of week. Its going to be a crazy ride for a while. I guess I need to start working on my stripper body LOL Hope everyone has a great day!!

    I did all outside work early yesterday.
    Then work called. Went in early. I didn't over do it at work. Just the heat and humidity in the plant.

    our plant has AC but it cant overcome the heat n Humidity on the floor when its in the 90’s and humid out. heat from the machines and naturally humid in a print facility.I usually have a light sweat and drink lots of fluids.
