You got your money's worth out of that one! I can't seem to keep one in the shop long enough to wear out, someone must need them worse than me. I believe you can just purchase the blade holder too. I have worn one out years ago. I should keep all of the tool boxes locked..

I've never seen one of those crimped disc brush either.

Also see that B10 blade in the Vargus tool. I've never seen a use for the other style blades other than a hook style...once

This is the type of PITA part I’m talking about deburring efficiently. :annoyed:

That ceramic brush should work just fine. We sell them to machine shops on the reg for just that. I don't know about using them in a grinder though, sorry.

That’s pretty much what we’ve been using. Just looking to improve the process to almost where we can swipe the grinder side to side and have the bristles work into cutouts as opposed to the little pads which you need to position at the optimal angle of each edge to be able to knock the burr off with.
The idea of the crimped disc brush came from how some of the deburring timesaver machines work with multiple heads like this rotating in opposite directions to round edges and remove burrs.
Plain ole D/A sanding just pushes the burr into the cutouts most of the time.

like I said it’s a problem we’ve had for a while and thought maybe one of you have already found a solution that’s quick!

Good to know, I was thinking you might have some customer feedback on them. My main concern is that in a mill application you have a consistent feed and speed, along with flat contact. My worry is if used on a grinder the bristles will be stressed differently.
We’re going to throw $180 at it and see what happens! (Engage safety squints!)

I just watched a video of a guy flying a little bush plane and he had to climb out and manually restart the engine.

Try to catch the one about the B-52 that they tried to resurrect after finding it ditched in Siberia. Fantastic infield rebuild if I ever saw one.

Speaking of airplanes, turns out the small plane crash last week that killed the guy in it I knew him but I didn't know him. He ran the local pawn shop, I've had a few guns shipped there from various places to do the transfer and dealt with him although I didn't know his name. Saw him about a month ago.

I did know his brother who got killed in a car wreck in 2019, he was married to my cousin although they were separated at the time of his death.
