This is my bed lights that were supposed to be here Friday the 4th but went from Florida to Minnesota instead of Florida to NC. They have no delivery date :frusty:

Few of you seem to have horrible luck with shipping or getting the food to you. I must be fortunate, except my winch though...
I'd be making a addition on the new pergola if some company left 600 pounds of roofing material in my driveway...and didn't pick it up

Edit how does goods get corrected to food?

I think I'll use that box of tin to cover a storage building that needs some new siding. I don't see them picking it up now.

Apparently it's cheaper to purchase new rather than repair. I'm tasked with making sure they don't get used after failing calibration. 20210608_113847.jpg

My coworker worked in a clock/watch place when he was younger. He said when one came back they had to put it in a press and squish it, they couldn't reuse any of it.

Speaking of work, I’m here at the dmv getting ready to take a permit test for a class A vehicle, which is a requirement of the job. At least I’m getting paid to be here!

Its peak boating season in my area, and I work in a marine and power sports sales and service shop. So every job for the last month has been a rush job. Just the way it is. One day it will just fall on its face and be slow again

The marine industry is insanely busy right now. We deal with manufacturing for some of the marine industry and they’re not showing signs of slowing down yet. But you’re right, it’s going to collapse at some point. The used boat market is going to extremely flooded once all of these people who bought boats realizes they either don’t use it enough, or don’t have an idea of what goes into owning a boat.
    It’s coming!

Thanks! It’s mainly because of our weight limits on registered weight vehicles with an attached trailer, although they do have a fairly new Pete I could learn on if I wanted, except no one seems to like it so I dunno.
Fun story, while waiting at the DMV I realized today is June 8th, and my test is in fact on June 9th at 2:00. So that’s fun

Ever use one of those waterproof bandage covers when showering? They stick real well.... All those marks around the wound are from the adhesive. Instant hair removal as well. :annoyed:
