    Hello,
Recently developed a ticking noise from drivers front wheel, sounds exactly like a stone stuck in the tread but I've checked thrice and it's clear. Also, no debris around calipers etc. Any thoughts?
    Thanks!

Only aesthetic mods so far Leer 180 cap & Clazzio covers on order.
Maybe a closer look for a nail or screw whose head has been worn off?

Checked and double checked for rock, stone, screw\nail head etc. It's completely free of objects.

Switch sides with the wheels and see if it follows. If so, sounds like there is something hiding in the tread. I've seen nails that were perfectly located to be very hard to see even when you know where they are

Did that too! Tire switch is a good idea. I'm 99.9% sure nothing in tire though, visually checked and checked with fingers.
Apologies, I failed to mention in original post that's its an intermittent sound. Seemingly not tied to speed, turn, braking etc. No vibrations, no alignment issues, all stock, 5k miles

Sometimes the wheel weights fall off and hit the brake caliper.

I had a TPMS sensor broken off inside the tire that caused a sound like that.

I didn’t notice it quickly enough and the inside of the tire was trashed.

    Reminds me of a story.

Had a buddy with the Baby Moon hubcaps on his ride. He was a bit anal about the looks, sound, appearance of his ride.

One night, while he was working, myself and a couple friends placed marbles in the driver's front wheel Baby Moon. They rattled like crazy at low speeds, but would be silent above about 15 mph. He searched for the noise......never found the source. After a few weeks the novelty of the joke wore off and we told him about the marbles. He was pissed, but got the humor.

Are you sure the "ticking" is coming from the wheel?

I had a tick that would start over a certain speed, sounded just like a rock but only started after like 50mph. Ended up being one of the plastic clips that held on the inner fender cover. Quick trip to Napa to get a different clip solved the problem.

I don’t know if it functioned but the light never came on for the TPMS.
