That's stupid! What happened to customer service?

Was he mad because he had to take some back? Would 20 have actually lasted you several days?

I guess in a smaller town that’d have domino effect, but in a large town you could do that then proceed to either make his life hell in little ways or tell the head honcho that you’re taking your business elsewhere because of his malarkey. A lot of times competing companies love to give special deals to customers with stories like that about their current vendors.
We had a bottled water company do similar to us, told them to pound sand and had a reverse osmosis system installed (leased for less money) and it provides ice! (Game changer) They never came back to pick up their empty 5 gallon bottles either, which is why we dropped them, they never showed up on time.

 

They don’t bring a set amount, they just fill it up

20 bags won’t last long with all the construction going on around here and the heat.

 

I was going to say, how does he know that “the regulars” clear out that much filling their construction coolers in the morning? I’d have told him that it was anticipated that those were as good as gone.

Boss man decided to help us run parts today. Made it about 10 pieces and then changed to a new part instead of flipping the one over and running side 2 on the mill. This was the end result along with 4 broken tools.

 

I give up. I cannot imagine why he would be mad that he has to do his job.
