    Free candy van:rofl:

Here's the type of chip that I spoke earlier and why I knock that edge off. I can tell this didn't have the stone treatment. Anyways I think it helps and a trick I learnt in school when grinding lathe tool bits...that instructor knew a thing or two. Also taught me when your quenching to wiggle it around in there:rofl:....so it don't have air bubbles and will cool better...not have spots that didn't get quenched...I remember stuff better if I'm told a reason 20210609_133509.jpg

My uncle came by to pick up some parts we made for him, he works at a major ice cream plant. He said he interviewed a guy yesterday 56 years old who lives with his dad 1 mile from the plant. He doesn't have a license and said he could get his dad to bring him in on rainy days. My uncle offered him $20 an hour working 8 am to 4:30 pm doing building maintenance, painting, changing bulbs, etc.

The man turned it down

Well, this makes 3 in two weeks.
Another early fifties Wisconsin twin saved from scrap. Got it from a nice young fella, only about 100 miles away.

Wife bought some trellis type stuff to put up along the bottom of the pool deck. I ask her what you going to cut that with? The material is guess 1/8 inch or so. Anyway she wasn't sure but I thought it looked like a good job for this! Ordered Monday, arrived today. She kind of gave me a hard time spending 100 on a tool for one project. I said wait till you try this thing out, you'll be wanting to borrow it all the time:rofl:I was looking all over for the blade wrench...ah,haa! 20210609_175609.jpg

My garbage disposal decided it would be funny to start leaking out of the bottom of the housing last night, soaking the cabinet and swelling the wood.

I'm replacing a 1/3 HP Insinkerater Badger 1 with this thing.
