Sell my new truck?

I bought a new Tacoma Trd off road about 3 months ago for 37500. It is a second car. I have a 2020 Trd 4runner which I feel is more comfortable. Both cars are paid off out of curiosity I plugged my Tacoma in vroom auto and got offered 43500 for it. Am I crazy for thinking about selling it so soon?

If you don’t need a pick up I wouldn’t even think twice about it.

A vehicle is always a deprecating asset, unless it’s some special vehicle that they don’t make anymore. You can make money on your taco.

If it was your only vehicle I’d say remember you gotta buy while the market is high too but as a second vehicle eff it. Make some money on it if you like your 4Runner better anyway.

I like the truck I only have 2k miles on it. I did put a new set of at tires on it a clear bra and tinted the windows so I probably have 39 into it. I like it, but honestly not sure which one to sell. they offered me 42 for my 4Runner Trd which I paid 35.5 for new got one hell of a deal on it it’s a 2020 with 10k miles on it. I do have a small 6x12 trailer if I needed a truck.

 

Take the money and run.

 

i would sell it.. market price will level back to normal price by end of the year.. you can always by another in a year or so at normal price again...

Sport manual. Carvana offer 42k. I’m thinking about it every day. But the only thing I’d want to replace it is exactly what I have plus Led Lights

Sell it! You could probably offload the 4R for more than you payed. What would be something if somebody sold a new truck for more than what they payed, and a year later bought back the same truck for less than they originally payed the first time.

Can't get more 3rd gen than that.

What config is it?

 

Read the contract carefully. They can change the price after you sign your title over and hand them the keys. They DO NOT pay you on the spot.

 

I mean IMO it all comes down if you need a pick up. Personally I would not be able to survive without a pickup.

I just put in my 21' Sport with 5k miles for shits and giggles and vroom offered $28k. Your area must be much harder up for used trucks or something.
