Removing a Faux Pro Badge from my Tacoma?

Hi guys,

I bought these aftermarket pro (offroad) badges on Amazon. They had a clear adhesive and they stick pretty darn good so I’m not sure I can get them off.

but I’m thinking of debadging my truck and I want to take these off.

Any suggestions?

Heat it up a bit with a hair dryer, then "saw" a piece dental floss behind it from one side to the other. Usually pretty effective in getting these things off.

 

Never put a trd pro badge on a non trd pro truck.
It will now result in a big hole in your door for trying to impersonate a pro... bro.
Kidding aside, try fishing line method then goo gone.

 

I used fishing line on a hot day…no problem. Even the glue underneath just rolled off with my fingers and didn’t have to use any products to clean the residue.

It should come off pretty easily. Clean up anything left over with goo gone, then put some wax on it.

And don't listen to trolls on the interwebs, do what you like to your truck.

Look up eraser wheel on Amazon. Works like a charm once badge is off.
