    few things here and there.
    Hey all

so, the other day my truck started doing this thing… where around 20+ (Tested as high as 65) I have a weird but almost subtle shake/vibration in the truck. I feel it right under the driver seat, but it’s probably the entire truck. it’s not like.. violent, nor does it shake the wheel bad. it’s noticeable though. I’m getting all four tires replaced tomorrow, they are all getting old, but they aren’t in terrible shape.

    any thoughts on this?

I did just do a tranny service the day before. Pan drop, filter change and fill service. Nothing looked bad. So at this point I’m just calling it circumstantial. It doesn’t like.. shudder when I take off or anything.

    anyway.. thanks.

these are the tires, If maybe it’s obvious to some. They all look like this. I used a nickel to help demonstrate.

This can happen when tread starts to separate on a tire. Causes the wiring to unwrap over time and first hint is vibrations at 15-40mph. Usually a visual sign of it is bubble forming in the tire
